Steve Peaslee
Founder/CEO

Steve is the creator, Founder, and CEO of WickedHyper™, which is the culmination of a 40-year career spanning military service, financial management, and infrastructure consulting. Not only has Steve developed outstanding leadership skills over his four decades of private and public service, he is also a uniquely innovative and tenacious problem-solver, who has published a children’s book and invented and launched a board game while fulfilling his “career” duties. A restless thinker who speaks four languages, Steve earned his B.S. in Chemistry and German from West Point (with a heavy dose of mandatory engineering courses), and his M.A. in Japanese Studies from Harvard.

While working on an infrastructure project for a new container port, Steve found that the overall efficiency, productivity, eco-friendliness and profitability of the port were limited by current transportation technologies. So Steve drew upon all his engineering, infrastructure, creative and problem-solving skills to invent a potentially disruptive cutting-edge container handling and transportation system which integrates new WickedHyper™ and HyperRail™ technologies. He then built a team of technology and engineering experts to bring to life the new transportation system he had envisioned with all associated WickedHyper™ patent applications fully owned by Steve and WickedHyper™.

Based on his design, plan and passion Steve has successfully gathered a world-class cadre of subject-matter experts and is poised to launch WickedHyper™ as the new standard for container ports. The system has progressed from the initial design stage to a Visioning Workshop to an expected feasibility study, to be followed by a proof-of-concept pilot and anticipated total system deployment backed by a fully-funded Private Public Partnership.

In his spare time Steve likes to play golf, cook, play trivia, cheer all of the Boston, LSU, and Army sports teams, and spend time with his wife, 4 adult daughters, 4 adult stepdaughters and 4 step grandchildren.
