As founding partner, Bonnie serves as the President of MBCO Engineering, LLC, a firm created by a group of individuals who love engineering solutions. Under her leadership, MBCO brings together the best of the best; offering public and private agencies a full-service team in Civil Engineering and Surveying.

Bonnie is a licensed professional engineer and, for the past 25 years, worked for several amazing organizations across Texas. These opportunities took her from being a newly graduated intern to project engineer and all the way to regional manager. "It was at that point when I thought it was time to take all of the experience I'd gained throughout the years and put it to use in starting a company. That was the birth of MBCO.”

Bonnie received her B.S. in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Bonnie and her husband, a business owner in IT Consulting, live in Houston, Texas with their two children and two dogs named Buster & Kevin. Bonnie’s interests include working in her flower garden, cheering on the Houston Astros and Gonzaga University basketball teams. Bonnie has competed in many local Houston area triathlons including the 2012 Texas Ironman.
